As you are aware, Covid-19 is not only disrupting economies and businesses but is also severely impacting charities that rely solely on donations to operate.
In these unprecedented and testing times,all the masjids had been temporarily closed and postponed all activities in light of this crisis. This undoubtedly have a direct impact on the masjid’s operations, including t
he expected decline in income, especially from the Friday collections. Nevertheless, the masjid will still need to continue meeting its monthly expenditures. As you can appreciate, this will have a devastating financial impact in the coming weeks.
Markaz Imam Jabir Bin Zayd has always sustained itself with the kind and generous donations from you and is therefore appealing to you now for help.
We appreciate that this a time of amplified anxiety and people are feeling particularly vulnerable, but we must remind ourselves that peace and security are ultimately from Allah. We need your help so we can continue to offer vital services to our community.
